Depression

My depression (of 13+ years) have been kicking my hiney again for 2 weeks now, leaving me to cry almost each night.
To console myself I decided to draw it out. It instantly made me feel a lot better.
I made this symbolic drawing to sum up what depression make people go through and how it makes us feel.

It could be a simple and good day, but within you it's different, dark, and complex things going on.

The birds and dandelions represent wanting to feel free or freeing yourself.

The book represents your story, your life whether you finish the story or not.
I refuse to give up  and am against myself giving up.
I have healthy alternatives such as drawing, a simple step outside, and meditation.
If you're depressed and don't like to talk about problems (like me), finding healthy alternatives to cope will help.
